Murder Suspect Remains In Jail

60 year old Ralph Henry Rudowski appeared in court by video Monday.

A 60 year old South Bruce Peninsula man remains behind bars following a brief court appearance on a charge of 2nd degree murder.

Ralph Henry Rudowski was ordered to return to court on April 3rd by video.

He was in an Owen Sound court on Monday, in connection with the death of 61 year old Janice West.

OPP were called last Wednesday to a home on Division street in Wiarton, where West's body was found.

Rudowski was charged over the weekend.

Bruce Peninsula OPP have identified a second home on Division Street in Wiarton where members of the OPP Crime Unit and Forensic Identification Unit are investigating.

The case is under the direction of Acting Detective Inspector Randy Gaynor of the OPP Criminal Investigation Branch.
