Morning News Co-host

TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF: I'm a prairie girl at heart and have spent the last 15+ years in radio news - which has taken me all across southern Ontario. I'm thrilled to have landed here in Dufferin County! I'm a reality show junkie, a painter, and a collector of cool antiques. I'm a lover of old buildings and things from days gone by.

BORN: In Owen Sound, ON but raised in good old Winnipeg, MB

FAVOURITE WORD/PHRASE/QUOTE: "Never live life like you have another one in the bank". In other words, life is short - live it.

FIRST JOB: Bussing tables and a host at a popular steakhouse. (Needless to say I hate clearing dishes!)

BEFORE YOU WERE AT COUNTRY 105: CKYL/KIX 106 Peace River, AB, CJOY/Magic FM Guelph, ON, KX 96/94.9 The Rock in Oshawa (alongside Rod West!), CHAY 93.1 Barrie and Newstalk 1290/BX93 in London.

WHAT YOU LOVE ABOUT BEING ON THE RADIO: I love being the first one to tell people what's going on, what the weather will be like for the day, and of course, entertaining them! I'm a big fan of country music too. I'm also pleased to be working with Rod West once again! (It's a small, small world people!!)

HIDDEN TALENT: I'm a really creative person. I can make anything out of anything and can draw, and paint.

FAVORITE PLACE IN DUFFERIN COUNTY: Strolling down Main Street in Shelburne, or on Broadway in Orangeville checking out the cool shops. I love old historic buildings!

IF I COULD CHANGE THE WORLD: I would eliminate illness and make it so people could live eternally. I think it's important to be aware of the world around you and get the most out of life.
