Raised in Toronto, I have worked in radio here, there, up and down the dial, just like they told me I would on WKRP in Cincinnati. When I am not at work, I continue my obsession with trains. Nothing is better than waiting for a 150 car train to go by at a railway crossing. Even better if it stops and blocks traffic for 10 minutes.
I have a drone, which is also becoming an obsession, and I like to hike, explore caves, and hang with my two teenaged children, when they say I can.
If it is summer, my place to be is Kincardine on Lake Huron. Giant waves, beautiful sunsets.
I also sit on the Board of Directors at Youth Haven, the only shelter in Simcoe County for homeless teens and at-risk youth.
